How to Generate a Label for Sending Physical Scripts to Healistic

Use Royal Mail's label generation portal to create a free, trackable label for posting a physical FP10 to the nominated pharmacy.

Generating your label

  1. Open the Royal Mail Label Generation Portal. Go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/8877 and follow the on screen steps to generate your label. This link uses Healistic's fixed retailer ID with Royal Mail, so you don't need to search for us as the retailer.

💡 Tip: Generating and sending your label this way is free.

💡 Tip: Post the FP10 in a plain envelope. When you print your label, cut around the marked area, keeping all details clearly visible, and stick it to the largest side of your package.
