What prescribers pay
Healistic is free for prescribers and clinics. There are no monthly fees, subscription costs, or setup charges. You can start issuing prescriptions from the moment your account is verified.
What patients pay
Patients pay for their medication plus a flat £3.50 delivery fee. There are no platform fees or hidden charges on top of this.

Prescription fees
If your clinic charges a consultation or prescription fee, Healistic can collect this on your behalf. The fee is added automatically to the patient's payment at checkout alongside the medication cost. You do not need to invoice patients separately.

How medication is priced
Healistic operates a decentralised network of pharmacies across the UK and standardises pricing across that network, so patients are not subject to individual pharmacies marking up the cost of their medication.
🗒️ Note: Healistic cannot guarantee lower prices than every pharmacy on every medication, but patients benefit from consistent, fair pricing across the network.
