Search for an existing patient
Use Patient Search. Search by name, phone number, or date of birth to pull up a patient you have prescribed for before. Their details fill in automatically.
Enter the patient's details
Enter the First name and Last name
Both are required.Enter the Date of birth and Gender
Use the DD MM YYYY boxes for the date of birth, and select Male, Female, or Other. The date of birth is required for prescription portal access.Enter the Email address and Phone number
Both are required. Use international format for non-UK numbers, for example +49 211 59700.
Enter the Street address
Start typing to search for the address - selecting it auto-fills the Postal code, City, and Country. You can still edit any of these fields afterwards if needed. Country defaults to United Kingdom.
🗒️ Note: The delivery address is where the medication is sent, so check it matches where the patient wants to receive their order.
