What You Need to Run Healistic - For Prescribers and Clinics

Minimum requirements

Your device must meet the following to access and use Healistic:

Internet connection
Web browser with JavaScript enabled
- One of the following supported versions:
  - Chrome 90 or later
  - Edge 90 or later
  - Firefox 88 or later
  - Safari 15 or later

🗒️ Note: JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Healistic will not load correctly if JavaScript is turned off.

For the best experience on Healistic:

Always-on internet connection with a download speed of 5 Mbps or faster and an upload speed of 2 Mbps or faster
Latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge with JavaScript enabled

You can add Healistic to your phone's home screen for quick, app-like access. This works on both iOS and Android.

iOS and Android

Open https://prescriber.healistic.net/login in your browser.
Tap the Share button (iOS) or the Menu button (Android) in your browser toolbar.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Tap "Add" to confirm.
The Healistic icon appears on your home screen.

💡 Tip: On iOS, use Safari for the smoothest installation experience. The Share button appears in the browser toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

On supported browsers, you can install Healistic as a desktop app that opens in its own window without a browser toolbar.

Chrome, Edge, or Opera

Open https://prescriber.healistic.net/login in your browser.
Click the install icon in the address bar.
It looks like a screen with a download arrow.
Click "Install" in the prompt that appears.

Safari and Firefox

App installation is not supported in Safari or Firefox. Use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera for the best experience.

To use the FP10PCD scan upload feature, you need one of the following in addition to the minimum requirements above:

A document scanner connected to a device that meets the minimum requirements
A smartphone with a camera that meets the minimum requirements

The following browsers are not supported and will not work with Healistic:
