Choose a Supported Authenticator App - For Prescribers and Clinics

Use any standard authenticator app to generate the one-time codes needed for two-factor authentication.

Supported authenticator apps

Healistic works with any standard authenticator app. This includes:

  • Google Authenticator

  • 1Password

  • Authy

  • Microsoft Authenticator

These generate a one-time password used as a second factor to verify your identity during sign-in.

🗒️ Note: This list is not exhaustive. Any authenticator app that supports the standard time-based one-time password (TOTP) protocol works with Healistic, whether or not it appears above.

Setting up your app

Once you have installed an authenticator app on your phone or as a browser extension, you can link it to your Healistic account from the Two-Factor Authentication section of your account settings.
