Remove Two-Factor Authentication From Your Account - For Prescribers and Clinics

Turn off two-factor authentication for your prescriber account from your settings.

Sign in to your account

To remove two-factor authentication, first sign in to your prescriber account.

  1. Enter your email address in the Email field on the Sign in as Prescriber screen.

  2. Enter your password in the Password field.

  3. Sign in to open your account.

Open the Two-Factor Authentication section

Once you are signed in, open your account settings.

  1. Select Settings in the left-hand menu.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to find the Two-Factor Authentication section.

  3. Select Disable in the Two-Factor Authentication section.

🗒️ Note: Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. With it switched off, your account is protected by your password alone. We recommend keeping two-factor authentication on, and turning it back on after you switch to a new device or authenticator app.

💡 Tip: To move to a new authenticator app or phone, disable two-factor authentication and then set it up again in the same section.
