What is Healistic?
Healistic is a UK-based digital e-prescription platform for private clinicians. It connects prescribers directly to pharmacies, allowing you to issue, manage, and fulfil prescriptions entirely online, without paper or phone calls.
The platform is free for doctors and prescribers to use. There are no subscription fees or setup costs.

How the platform works
Healistic connects three parties in a single digital workflow:
The prescriber creates and signs a prescription on the platform.
The prescription is sent digitally to a connected pharmacy.
The pharmacy dispenses the medication and arranges delivery or collection for the patient.
Healistic-connected pharmacies deliver medication to patients within 2 hours in London and within 24 hours across the rest of the UK.
🗒️ Note: Pharmacy connections are set up by the Healistic team during your clinic onboarding. You do not need to arrange this yourself.
How to get access
Healistic uses a clinic account model. A clinic account is created first, and individual prescribers are added to it. Each prescriber receives their own login by email.
There are three ways to get access:
Self sign-up: Go to prescriber.healistic.net/signup to create your account directly.
Invited by your clinic: Your clinic manager enters your email address in the platform under Invite User To Clinic. You receive a personal onboarding link by email, which you use to create your account.
Set up by the Healistic team: Book a demo on the Healistic website and the team will create your account for you.
💡 Tip: If you have been invited by your clinic, check your inbox for a personal onboarding link from Healistic. Check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it.
