What is a clinic admin account?
Not everyone who needs access to Healistic issues prescriptions. Practice managers and administrators can have their own login as an Assistant account, which gives them access to the platform without prescribing permissions.
🗒️ Note: Select Assistant as the account type to set up a clinic admin. Select Prescriber if the person is authorised to issue prescriptions in the UK.
Add a clinic admin to a new clinic
If your clinic does not have a Healistic account yet, the clinic admin can create one directly.
Go to prescriber.healistic.net/signup in your browser.
Select Assistant under Account type.
Complete the sign-up form with their name, email address, and clinic details.
Select Sign up to create the account.
Add a clinic admin to an existing clinic
If your clinic already has a Healistic account, an existing user can invite the new clinic admin from the clinic's settings.
Sign in to your Healistic account.
Select Settings in the left-hand menu, then select the Clinic tab.
Select Invite User in the Users section.
Enter the clinic admin's email address in the pop-up then select Submit.
Healistic emails the clinic admin an invitation to create their own account.
Open the invitation email from Healistic.
Select Create Your Account in the email.
Complete the sign-up form, selecting Assistant as the account type.
Once they finish signing up, the new clinic admin appears in the clinic's Users list, alongside its prescribers.
🗒️ Note: The invitation link is only valid for 24 hours.
💡 Tip: If the clinic admin can't find the invitation email, check the spam or junk folder.
