Before you start
You sign in to Healistic with the email address and password set up for your prescriber account.
đď¸ Note: Each prescriber has their own individual login, even when several prescribers share one clinic account. Use the email and password tied to your own account.
Sign in to Healistic
Open https://prescriber.healistic.net/login in your browser
Enter your email in the Email field
Enter your password in the Password field
Click Sign in
đĄ Tip: Select the eye icon in the Password field to reveal what you have typed and check it before you sign in.
Reset a forgotten password
If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot password? below the Password field and follow the prompts to reset it.
Create an account
If you are new to Healistic and do not have a login yet, select Create an account at the bottom of the sign-in page to register. For a full walkthrough of setting up, see the Quick-Start Guide for New Prescribers below.
Trouble signing in
If you cannot sign in, check the following:
Your email address is typed correctly, with no extra spaces.
Caps Lock is off, since passwords are case-sensitive.
You are using a supported, up-to-date browser.
