Request a reset link
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen. You do not need to be signed in.
Open https://prescriber.healistic.net/login in your browser.
Select Forgot password? below the Password field.
Enter your email address in the pop-up that appears then click Reset Password.
🗒️ Note: Use the email address tied to your own prescriber account. Each prescriber has an individual login, even when several share one clinic account.
Reset your password from the email
Healistic sends a password reset link to your email address. The link opens a page where you set a new password.
Open the email from Healistic in your inbox.
Select the reset link in the email.
Enter your new password and follow the prompts to save it.
🗒️ Note: Use a unique password with at least 8 characters and at least one number.
