Remove a team member from your clinic
You cannot remove a team member yourself from the platform. Contact the Healistic team to request removal.
Anyone from the clinic can request this on a team member's behalf, not only the prescriber being removed. Clinic managers most often make this request. This is typically needed when a prescriber is no longer prescribing under the clinic, for example after they have left.
đď¸ Note: Removing a team member deletes their account and unlinks them from your clinic. If they join another clinic in future, they can create a new account at that time.

To remove a team member, get in touch with the support team by email.

Tell us the name of the team member you want to remove.
Include your clinic name and your own name, so we can verify the request.
