Cancelling a Prescription After It's Been Issued

How to cancel a prescription you have already issued.

Cancel the prescription

  1. Open the issued prescription

    Find it under Prescriptions and click "Details" on the prescription you want to cancel.

  2. Click "Invalidate"

    Invalidating the prescription cancels it. The Invalidate button is at the top of the prescription.

  3. Confirm the cancellation

    Click "Invalidate Prescription" in the confirmation dialog. This action cannot be undone.

🗒️ Note: There is also a Cancel button in the Order Information section. Cancel stops the order, while Invalidate cancels the prescription itself.

Find cancelled prescriptions

  1. Open the Invalidated tab

    Cancelled prescriptions are listed here, showing invalidated and cancelled statuses.
