Digital script processing
Once you issue the digital script, the pharmacy processes it within 25 minutes, during operational hours (09:00–18:30 Monday to Friday, and 09:00–16:30 on Saturday).
Picking and packing the medication
The medication is picked and packed immediately and kept aside. Our partner pharmacy holds a good stock of controlled medications, so most orders are allocated immediately, with no delay.
How long the physical FP10 takes to arrive
How quickly the order reaches the patient depends on when the FP10 is posted. Our Royal Mail service is next-day, so we expect to receive the script within 2 days of it being posted. The extra day accounts for collection times and non-working days.

Scheduling delivery once the FP10 arrives
As soon as the FP10 arrives at the pharmacy, the patient is sent the payment link and can schedule their delivery.
If the patient is in Central London, they can choose a same-day slot. We deliver 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
If the patient is outside Central London, delivery can be as early as the next morning. They can choose any day, since we deliver 7 days a week.
🗒️ Note: The same-day zone for CD orders is Central London only. This is narrower than the standard London and Greater London same-day zone used for other orders.
