How the order is priced
Once you send an order through, the pharmacy processes it and quotes an amount for each item on the script.
This is totalled and added to a delivery fee of £3.50 to £5.50, depending on the delivery slot the patient selects, plus any prescription fee charges. An itemised link is then sent to the patient.
🗒️ Note: A prescription fee is optional and set by each clinic in their clinic profile. See Prescription Fees – What Is This and How Can it be Set Up? for how to set this up.
🗒️ Note: For controlled drug prescriptions, this payment link is only sent once the physical FP10 has been checked in at the pharmacy.
How the patient pays
The patient can pay with any credit or debit card. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
🗒️ Note: Payment details aren't stored on our database. The patient needs to re-enter their card details each time they place an order.
If the patient can't pay online
If a patient can't pay using the link, the clinic can flag that they'd like to pay by phone instead. Otherwise, the patient can call us directly on +44 20 3695 6288.
After delivery
Once the order has been delivered, the patient is sent an itemised invoice to keep for their records.
