Royal Mail
Royal Mail delivers on a next-day service to addresses across the UK.
You will receive a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. If the slot is not suitable, you can arrange to have your medication left in a safe place or delivered through your letterbox. Do this via the Royal Mail website using your tracking code and postcode.
If you miss your delivery, a reattempt will be made automatically. The number of reattempts depends on the courier and how long they've had possession of the parcel, typically 2 to 3 attempts in total before the order is treated as delayed. No action is needed on your part.
If all reattempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to your local Royal Mail depot. Collection may be available from the depot. Check the Royal Mail website for further instructions.
🗒️ Note: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.
🗒️ Note: Royal Mail is not available for prescriptions containing Schedule 2, 3, 4, or 5 controlled medications. If your prescription includes controlled drugs, you will be offered DPD at checkout instead.
DPD
DPD delivers on a next-day service with a secure PIN code handover. DPD is the courier used for orders containing Schedule 2, 3, 4, or 5 controlled medications.
You will receive a 1-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
You will receive a 4-digit PIN code by text and email the day before delivery and again on the day itself. You must give this code to the driver at the point of handover to complete the delivery.
Make sure someone is present at the delivery address to provide the PIN code. If you cannot be present, another adult aged 18 or over can accept the delivery on your behalf, provided they have your PIN code and can confirm the recipient name.

Healistic Same-Day Delivery (London)
Healistic same-day delivery is available across London and Greater London, 6 days a week, from 9am to 9pm.
Choose your preferred 2–3 hour delivery slot at the time of payment.
Your rider will deliver within your chosen slot. If you have specific delivery instructions, add these to the delivery notes at the time of payment so the rider can follow them on arrival.
If you miss your delivery, your medication will be returned to the pharmacy. You will be sent a new link to reschedule your delivery.
💡 Tip: Provide a UK phone number when entering your delivery details. Your rider may need to call you on arrival, and international numbers can prevent this from working.
