Log out of your account
You can sign out from any page on the prescriber platform. Your account menu sits in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen, where your name and clinic name appear.
Your account details sit in the bottom-left corner.
Click Logout in the menu that opens.
Select Logout from the account menu.
You return to the login screen straight away. To sign back in, go to https://prescriber.healistic.net/login and enter your login details.
đĄ Tip: On a shared or public computer, always log out when you finish. This keeps your prescriber account and patient information secure.
When to log out
Sign out when you:
Use a shared or public computer
Finish your prescribing session for the day
Need to switch to a different prescriber login on the same clinic account
đď¸ Note: Logging out signs you out of your own login only. Other prescribers on the same clinic account stay signed in on their own devices.
