What Healistic does
Healistic is a private e-prescribing platform that connects you, the prescriber, to a network of partner pharmacies and couriers. You create and issue prescriptions from the Prescriber dashboard at no cost to your clinic. The platform handles pharmacy assignment, payment, and delivery for you.
The journey of a prescription
You create the prescription
You complete four sections: Patient Information, Clinical Information, Prescription Items, and Delivery & Consent.
You sign and issue it
Once you press Sign & Issue, Healistic generates the signed prescription and assigns it to a partner pharmacy.
The patient pays (if applicable)
Depending on the payment option you choose, the patient receives a payment and delivery link, or the clinic covers the cost and the patient is contacted only to arrange delivery.
The pharmacy dispenses
A partner pharmacy fulfils the order once it is paid for.
A courier delivers
A rider collects the medication from the pharmacy and delivers it to the patient.
Delivery timing
London and Greater London: delivery within two hours.
Rest of the UK: delivery within 24 hours, including Jersey, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
